We really didn't have to negotiate much on price. We were prepared to pay the asking price. Unfortunately the Bank Valuation was approx.10-15% under the asking price so getting approval from the lender took longer than usual. Other than that I inspected the property for approx. 15 minutes on the Monday (paid the holding deposit after inspecting), then he went out of his way on that weekend to show my wife through. Post paying the holding deposit he was always returning calls and really worked with us to communication with the Vendor the issues we were having with the Lender. Overall a positive result.
