Matthew managed to allay any fears I had, was always accessible, very sure of keeping me in the loop as to what was happening, couldn't have done anything more to obtain the best price for my property and was very professional in all aspects of my sale. Matty was amazing I called him up asking him for help to sell my house. He told to meet him in 20 minuets in his office. I had a chat an with in 1 days my house was getting processed to be on the market. He followed up each day to tell me where where at an when open day was. On our first open day we had 16 groups come through on a Saturday. That afternoon he called me with offers but there was one group that wanted to come back I n Monday he had a group come through late an was still working at 7:30.. that night around 8:30 he called me up with an offer that I could not refuse.
