How would I describe my interactions with the W Group and its members? It would have to be Professionalism, Transparency and Expertise all rating 5 stars. The team were fantastic from the moment we agreed to use the W Group. From staging to photography to advertisement design to negotiation and to sale finalisation. Matt and his team were always on the ball and we very focus on the attention to detail. The experience has been wonderful and this team is highly recommended. I will be using this team again for any future sale!

Matt & his staff were great to deal with, open & very honest I felt. Selling our parents' house, an Estate, was a difficult process but he gave you time to discuss our concerns & had an immediate answer to almost all our queries. This I feel would be their manner, Estate or a 'regular' sale situation. The W Group do longer open homes to let you get between viewings, so the staff can answer questions of the buyers, & actually sell your property. Though a smaller company than their competitors, I felt this a total plus, & in no way a negative. I had a very positive experience & would easily recommend them.

Matt is great. I felt he was very honest, does longer open homes so he can actually sell the property, and has a very reasonable commission structure that is less than other agents.

We first met Matt in 2019 when we were thinking of putting our house on the market and immediately liked him. Some real estate agents can be very pushy but not Matt. He never badgered us with phone calls or text messages during this time regarding our plans. However, because of various reasons Covid being one of them, we delayed our plans until this year. We got in contact with Matt and by the end of March we were finally ready for the big leap - putting our family home for the past 30 years on the market. Matt organised the photos which were amazing (especially the one taken by a drone of our house, from above). Our first open house happened shortly afterwards and thankfully we only had three which was a bit of a relief as you tend to become obsessed with cleaning. Anyway, before we knew it there was a buyer ready to sign on the dotted line and thanks to Matt we got what we considered a good price. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Matt Walsh as your ‘go to’ real estate agent. He is honest, forthright, trustworthy and above all a really nice person, always there if you have a question and certainly for us, very supportive throughout the whole selling process.

Matt was great from the start. He had a great knowledge of the house, it’s history and the surrounding area. Matt was very responsive and helpful through the buying process. I would trust Matt as an agent for both buyer and seller.
