Selling our home was a big deal for us. We don't flip houses we had the property 14 years and it was not just a house it was our home. Selling for us could have been emotional, stressful and one of those horrible times in life where you would rather just forget. Matti kept us so well informed about the sales process. Every time there was an open home he would update us about all the details. (Sometimes daily) he got us far above our asking price as he staged our home and made it more suited to the buyer. Couldn't recommend Matti more highly.
Matti is persistent, always calling to check in during the process. He is easy to talk to and his experience helped guide me through a difficult purchase process (due to bank's inefficiency). However, he was not aware that the property had been re-zoned as 'rural', a detail that was discovered at the last minute and which nearly lost us the sale because of banks' lending policies regarding rural property.
Des and I found Matti to be very persistent in his efforts to sell our property at 6 Lyell Court Mt. Samson. He was very obliging and understanding with his inspections and most importantly kept us informed of the outcome of each visit and the status and progress of the sale once our Contract was signed.
