Our experience with Matty was phenomenal. He demonstrates a level of professionalism coupled with unbridled enthusiasm that is sadly lacking in the rest of the real estate professionals we were exposed to during our house hunt. We strongly regret that we met Matty and Char after we'd already signed on to using a bank, as the bank mortgage lending specialist has been completely useless and Char's expertise and assistance has been invaluable navigating all the nonsense and stress. Talking to her, we can only imagine a world in which we saved ourselves piles and piles of stress, second guessing and going back and forth with the bank by taking advantage of her excellent services.
