Matty helped the reviewer sell this property

SOLD without a fuss

Matty was able to find a buyer for my investment property well within my required timeframe. He managed the buyer efficiently and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend Matty for his professionalism and his management of sale. He communicated with me every step of the way and kept me in the loop about what was happening not only with my property but with the market generally. I never felt pressured by Matty to accept anything I was not comfortable with and he was wholey supportive of me and my requirements. I would recommend Matty without a moments hesitation and if I need a real estate agent in the future to buy or sell, Matty will be my first phone call.
