Matty Bell was very friendly and kind agent in the first meeting. He went through the property very detail and slowly, and explained the full of capacity for the property. He gave me enough time to explore the property as well. This is my first home buy, so dont have a much information what I need to do. Every time I asked him for advise, he always gave me a good and proper information. I can feel that he is ready and very willing to help and care of his client. During the contract, he was keeping a good contact with me. And he answered immediately any questions I asked, and tried to make it what I required.
