Nightmare Experience with Matt My experience with Matt as an agent was incredibly frustrating. From the beginning, he failed to get the measurements of the property right, which caused unnecessary confusion. Communication was also a major issue—he rarely answered calls or responded to texts, making it difficult to get any updates. He would tell me it’s up to the solicitors. Towards the end, things only got worse. He failed to notify the tenant when he was conducting an inspection and didn’t even inform them when they needed to vacate, despite knowing I was planning to move in. On top of that, he didn’t even bother to contact me on the day of settlement—no congratulations, no follow-up, nothing. It felt like he just didn’t care. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Matt as an agent. The lack of professionalism and communication made the whole process far more stressful than it needed to be. To add to that I can’t even move into what was going to be my first home.

Matt assisted us with the purchase of a unit in Burleigh Beach Tower. His communications and professional behaviour were excellent and he answered our queries promptly. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him.
