Maude made the whole experience so simple. From explanations on contract matters, and advice on displaying the house to getting stuck in and helping in the garden. Maude is the nicest Real Estate Agent if ever met.

I chose Maude as the agent to sell my mother's house from a shortlist of 4 agents. I was impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm and her solution-oriented attitude. As I live interstate, I had to rely on her advice once the property was listed regarding how to manage the marketing and the selling strategy. Maude reported to me the results of every open house immediately following the close and also provided a weekly report on how things were tracking. In addition to her experience in real estate, Maude has a diverse working background which means she brings a broad perspective to her real estate work. As a sole operator, Maude has to work harder than agents in a large agency but has a good team of people she can call on for various things such as legals, house cleaning etc. The only thing I found that was a bit problematic was her attention to detail on the some of the paperwork but as I read everything very carefully, I picked up some minor errors and she corrected them promptly so that things were never delayed. Maude has a very positive attitude without being over-bearing or coming across as 'selling' you something which I suspect contributes to her success in the real estate field. I would certainly recommend her and would use her again - if she moved to NSW where I live!
