We were disappointed that after ONLY a week the agents requested a reduction in the price, and also after several weeks they said that the lack of a back fence was a problem even though we had asked whether we should have one erected before the house went on the market as we all considered it a major problem. However, we were pleased with the final outcome and how well Maurice negotiated the final price and pleased with how well Claire managed the presentation of the house for sale and the open for inspections.
