The complexity of selling three tenanted units in one line should not be underestimated. Maurice and his team managed the tenants (and their issues) to provide drama free inspections and auction. The attendance was higher than average which resulted in a high level of communication to establish how the market assessed the property both in appeal and value. That required finessing toward the end of the campaign to establish who was genuinely interested and to what value. This task was done extremely well so that on the day Maurice knew how far to push the boundaries without dropping the ball. There were six prospective bidders, two of whom participated until a knock out bid from a Buyers Advocate. Even then Maurice recommended holding back on final acceptance until he was totally satisfied there were no more players or money on offer.
All of this was done without self promotion or reliance on a well known "large brand name". It just comes down to good old fashioned service from an individual and his assistant rather than a "machine of a company" that treats you as a number rather than an individual.
I would have no hesitation in using Maurice again - nor hesitate in recommending his services elsewhere.
