I can honestly not rate Maurice high enough, I would give 10 stars if I could. Maurice was very knowledgeable right from the start, having stats as well as local knowledge ready at all times. The communication from Maurice and his team was consistent and thorough throughout the whole process. The house took a little while to find the right buyer but unlike some agents, there was the same communication consistency no matter what was happening. Even if it was just a quick text to confirm everything was still going and we were still on his radar. Maurice is a genuine person who is happy to have conversations regarding all aspects of the selling and sale process.
