Maurice has throughout the process been, honest Professional and provided great marketing knowledge both of the area and its potential. While going through Covid and the floods he never once considered a negative thought regarding the property or it potential sale. He gave honest advice at the start with no BS we new what we needed to do and it payed off . As we live quite a distance away Maurice was there To open up and follow up at all times .
