Maddison real estate agent is the best agent I have ever dealt with, I have purchased 2 properties from them and they manage 3 of my rentals, they dont apply pressure or give me the usually lies real estate agents often do, I actually trust them. Maurice has given the impression from the outset of negotiations as being highly knowledgeable about the Ascot Vale area in general, however what resonated with me most was his honesty, a rare quality in what can be dog-eat-dog market. Apart from anything else, this allowed initially for a smooth negotiation and sale process, noting purchase was agreed pre-auction, but also for a solid outcome in relation to the tenants that were residing in the property and them signing a new lease.
