When we were considering selling our rental property we approached Maurie and asked if he was in a position to sell it when it became vacant. He was happy to do so, but at no time did he push us into an agreement or time frame as he knew there was work to be carried out on the property before we would be confident to place it on the market. He supplied us with a comprehensive list of properties and selling prices in our area. He was very helpful during our selling process, always keeping us updated with details of open house times, numbers of prospective buyers attending, and forwarding comments from attendee’s. He never pushed his opinion on us and was considerate of our requirements. When a sales contract price was being negotiated he travelled between the buyer and our self with offers and counter offers until a final price was agreed upon. After the contract was signed he kept us updated as to what was happening during building inspections and any requirements that had to be carried out by our self. We would happily engage Maurie in any future requirements in buying or selling our properties.
