We met max when purchasing a property in Caulfield. Max was incredibly helpful and personable, he has a strong understanding of the local culture and current market values. He would show us around a few houses in the time we were looking, giving us accurate market predictions and estimated property values. What I remember most fondly about Max was the extra distance he would go for us when trying to negotiate settlements and opening the house to my architect for a walk through. He went above and beyond what he had to when we were looking for a rental estate agent and got us a fantastic price.
