Great communication and willing to help

Max is fairly new to the game, but certainly doesn't show it. Comes across enthusiastic and hungry to help. Makes you feel welcome the whole time and answers questions as best as he can. Represents the new age of agents who isn't snobby but talks your language. Oh and he's punctual! No one likes waiting around for a open house.
