Max and Century 21 have managed our rental property for a number of years, dealing with all aspects of the property then right through to the sale. Our tenants over the years have all been fabulous (as screened by Century 21). The property was regularly inspected by Century 21 and was well looked after. Max was spot on with his advice during sale. We followed his recommendations during pre-sale preparation and took his advice on selling price. We were happy to receive the sale price we were after. Max and his team kept in regular contact with us (without over-communicating!), called after each open inspection to advise attendance/interest, and kept us informed of plans to continue to market the property and attract buyers.
