During my purchase I had good support from Max and his team. But, after acceptance of my offer I went to Max's office to sign contract and then came to know that there is an HIA (house improvement authority) order on this property that means this house is not suitable for living in current status. Once the HIA order is removed then this house will become liveable. During the whole process of purchase I was always a bit worried and afraid about this. A house can not be sold without removing the HIA order, the owner removed it before the settlement. The sales team should have informed me at the beginning of the sale not at the point of signing couple of pages of contract paper. In all other matters Max and his team helped me to sort out everything. At the end of the day I am happy with this purchase except those 45 days of worriedness/tension.
