Max was that one thing you want in an agent.....not too pushy. An agent has to walk that fine line, getting the best outcome he can for the seller, but keeping the price at a level a potential buyer considers reasonable. Max did both and in a gentlemanly manner. Buying real estate can be a harrowing experience, but Max removed much of the angst, gave a little bit more than average, and lived up to his name.
We found Max to be always very positive, informative and helpful as he endeavoured to get the best sale price possible for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was a pleasure to work with.
The bulk of my interactions and negotiations were with George, however, when Max was involved, he was courteous, responsive and polite. His awareness of the stage and situation of negation was strong, indicating good communication between himself and Max.

Excellent preparation, He had all information on the property ready, Body corporate info, even Town Planning preliminary investigation.
