It was great having Max as our agent. From the beginning we felt confident that he truly new the local market and the procees of selling at auction. He was proactive in finding and keeping in touch with prospective buyers and letting us know how things were progessing. He would call us every couple of days to keep in touch and always picked up the phone when we called. His manner was always calm and professional and nothing was too much trouble. At out final meeting we left feeling everything possible that could be done, had been done and the result relected that.
