Max Hui has been amazing. He helped us sell an apartment in Preston. His knowledge about the local market helped us pitch the property at a price that was perfect. Unfortunately we had some hiccups with the property itself due to some wear and tear issues. Max’s supported us a lot in dealing with OC of the property as well as help with getting right people to properly fix up the issues. This is considering we live in regional Victoria and couldn’t be at the property to address everything ourself.
