Max was wonderful through the whole process of selling. It was quite a daunting experience but having Max guide me through the sale, made everything much simpler. Max knew the area extremely well and had sound knowledge of the market. My house had one open house and he achieved what i was wanting. He demonstrated great negotiating skills. I would highly recommend Max.
