max was professional/ honest and communicated regularity during the sales campaign , didnt quite make the Price quoted $800,000 . At the auction there was only one bidder .Sale price $775,000( less than land value) I think Max tried his best , but he couldnt attrack any other buyers . I think Max should still have advised the approval of 2 x bedroom town houses /houses (counsel approved ) with subdivision and still even failed to mention at Auction . I think was a mistake . I think put it down to experience
