Buying our first home was such a big and emotional milestone for us, and looking back, we feel very lucky that we had him guiding us through it. What meant the most was that he genuinely cared. He would check in just to make sure we were okay, and that made the whole experience feel so much more personal. At no point did we feel like we were just another sale. He treated us with respect, explained everything clearly, as first-home buyers we had so many questions, even about things that were probably very basic, and he never once made us feel silly for asking. Made us feel comfortable every step of the way. He was professional, but also humble, kind and very down to earth. Your first home is something you never forget, and we’ll always remember how much easier and more special this experience felt because of the person who helped us through it.
