Max’s market knowledge and negotiation skills ensured we achieved a fair outcome. Whether you’re buying or selling we highly recommend Max Klimenko and his team. We also want to acknowledge Dylan Corelli for his dedication and work ethic both during the initial property search with other properties but also the after-sale professionalism and going the extra mile in between sale and settlement - well done! My experience with Max from day one was very pleasant. He was articulate, professional and confident. He did not exert too much pressure, he calmly talked through the pros and cons of selling my property. He knew what the market was doing and communicated that to me in a consistent manner.
Thanks Max for helping me to acquire a residential property for investment at a satisfactory purchase price. He has wide knowledge of property market. He pointed out that it was right time to buy before interest rate fall. During meeting with him, his speech was clear and persuading, grounds sound. He also showed his professionalism in compromise seller and buyer on price agreement.
Our overall experience was excellent. Max was professional, engaging with great communication. He sold our place in 7days and for more than what we were expecting.
Max is absolutely amazing! I need to sell my property across Christmas and New Year, which is not a good timing for selling. However Max found the purchaser so quickly that it only took 5 weeks from the marketing listing to the settlement, which was not expected by myself at all! He even went extra miles for me to make sure I’m satisfied with the selling price. He is very professional, acknowledgeable, organised, friendly and easy to communicate. He and the Ray White group kept me up to date in all the stages of the selling process. Thank you very much Max and the Ray White group!
