I would strongly recommend Max to everyone. Max and his team is very responsible, friendly and professional. I would definitely work with him again in the future. Thank you Max and your team for excellent service you have provided and the great result you have achieved.
Great dealing with Max, the process of buying through him was extremely pleasant.
Max and team were great to work with, providing us with superior communication and service. Max has a great database of clients which he was able to advertise our place to off-market and secure a great sale in a short period of time.
My experience with Max/Ray White team was hassle free from start to finish. I only received emails for properties that were relevant to my search and budget. Appointments were always easy to schedule despite COVID. Negotiations and purchase were completely stress free and I felt very happy with the price negotiated and the whole process. I did not expect a first purchase to be that smooth and free of unnecessary stress! Thank you.
I have worked with Max multiple times as a buyer and a seller. Max is extremely passionate about his job, he is down to earth and easy to work with. Max understands his clients needs well and get things done efficiently and effectively. No double I will recommend Max as your trustworthy agent whether you're selling or buying your property.
After months (and months) of looking, Max was a breath of fresh air; sincere, honest, straight-talking and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Max and his team in the future.
Max delivered exceptionally well as our agent. His communication was frequent and informative, his strategy sound, and his results exceeded expectations. A standout feature of Max is how proactive he is in driving activity and that this high level of engagement persists throughout the full sales process. His great results are matched by the great pleasure it was to deal with Max & The Team.
I recently purchased a property through Max. From initial inspection to purchase, Max was extremely helpful every step of the way. I was kept updated and responses back were quick. After many attempts it was a relief to finally secure a property for a fair price in this challenging market. Max was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Max was awesome to work with. Great communication, very professional and friendly, very fast and we are happy with the result. Thanks Max!
We first interviewed Max 12 months ago and at that time we already had decided to use another agent. As an agent myself, naturally selcting someone to sell your home is very difficult, as you have relationships....with a lot of agents! 12 months later, we interviewed a number of agents & decided Max was the man to sell our home. Not only did Max sell our home in 5 days, he did it by absolutely knocking it out of the park with integrity, care & passion. FInally, we also found Max to be a hard worker who was always accessible, smart with his approach & we are absolutely thrilled with the result! Thanks again Max for keeping your word & delivering on your promise..You're a bloody good man & we wouldn't have any hesitation at all in recommending your services.
Max is not your traditional real estate agent. From the moment we met him, and did a review on our property, he was able to let us know, in no uncertain words, what our expectations had to be like and why. He was always candid, whether we would Ike what we heard or not. Then he ran us through the activities that had to happen before hitting the marketplace, where our property would sit vis a vis the demographics and the recent experiences in the market. Then, he gave a few options on how to approach the sale for maximum exposure and return. Upon proceeding, he would be in touch at least twice a week for updates and where he was at. We were never in the dark. When offers came, we knew right away and he would guide us on what factors to consider in every alternative. His open houses were well attended, with photos, etc. Upon closing of sale, everything was a breeze. He would not assume anything nor leave a stone unturned and we were always in the loop every step of the way. We didn't need to do anything ourselves. He is the realtor anyone would wish for.
Max is a true professional and is clearly passionate about what he does. From start to finish, he was reliable, clearly communicated all aspects of the sale and was a calm and confident guide. Max delivered on everything he said he would do in a timely manner, he even project managed key renovations of the property as I was interstate. He did this at an expert level with no stress or worry. Doing all of this and more throughout a lockdown; no small feat! I can't recommend Max highly enough.
