I have dealt with many other agents in this region. But none has been as sincere and pragmatic. As a purchase, I would often have the feeling that the agent would want to maximise the value from the seller’s perspective. Max has been opened about it, but more importantly, he has been very pragmatic in managing both the vendor and potential purchasers’ expectations. As a purchaser, I felt very comfortable dealing with Max, and have not felt the pressure that I would have encountered st times from other agent. During the campaign, he delivered everything as promised, proved his credibility and exceeded my expectation more than once.
