Max is the ultimate professional - he works tirelessly to get the right outcome for his clients, while retaining integrity and treating buyers respectfully. We originally bought our unit from Max 4 years ago, and didn't hesitate to use him to sell the same unit recently.

Upon meeting Max, I said, “Max, you are a good, and honest person.” Max is professional, hardworking, personable, positive, … but despite his immense selling prowess, Max is fair, and he is focused on mutually beneficial arrangements. Max achieves record sales figures because he helps owners deliver maximum value to buyers. Max will not cheat or deceive you. Max also has an encyclopaedic knowledge of real estate, and will hold your hand during the settlement process. He strives to improve every aspect of the Ray White business, and is a boon to his firm because he generates improved ways to achieve client goals. In summary, I have great trust, and great confidence in Max — Max will always provide an optimum, and seamless experience because Max is fundamentally a good, and decent man. I will also complement the Ray White support network. These are also good people with an immense desire to help buyers and sellers.

I personally know Max Climenko as Real Estate agent for more than 3 years. Every property in our Strata Max was trying to sold at maximum price. It was very easy to communicate with Max, he is punctual, friendly and highly professional when dealing with his clients. In my personal opinion Max is the best Real Estate person who was working in our Strata, Strata with 795 units.

Excellent , Max was vey professional. He knew what we wanted price range and location. He help us to achieve our goals

At first nervous purchasing from auction, but felt ease in no time

I would highly recommend Max Klimenko if you are looking for an estate agent - buying or selling. After looking to secure a property for several months I had met a lot of real estate agents. Yes, the property I wanted happened to be with Max's agency, but Max was a pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgable, extremely helpful and did not exert the pressure that other agents did. The negotiations went smoothly and more importantly quickly. Have a chat with Max and you will see what I am talking about!

Max has been in the area for more than 5 years , he has excellent negotiation skills and to do attitude ! We will highly recommend our friends to choose Max if they want to have a good outcome .

Max was very efficient and friendly. He worked quickly, with excellent communication and honesty. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell in the Waterloo area.

thanks to Max we finally were able to purchase our dream apartment - Max showed us at least 5 other apartments - he understood what we needed - he also understood our financial limits - We are very grateful to Max.

Max has exceeded my expectations in achieving a great result - my property was sold soon after it was listed, it did not need to go to auction and I was very pleased with the price achieved. Max is a real professional with great experience and expertise in the field, his communication skills are second to none and he works very hard for his clients. He's honest, genuine and enthusiastic and he also has a gift for selling properties! I would not hesitate to recommend Max to others wishing to sell their property and I would use his services again if I ever wish to sell in future.
