I can't thank Max and his team enough as the agents handling the sale of my apartment. As a first time seller he kept me informed throughout the process, often calling daily with any updates or strategies. They took the time to review and strategise best approach based on any new information throughout the campaign. Dare I say the process actually felt easy and painless with his team always in contact to share any recommendations on how to obtain the best price and work with me on the look and feel of the property. It felt like a well oiled machine and he genuinely worked with me to obtain the best outcome, even working with potential buyers to facilitate private inspections and organise listing times and campaign around what felt like a barrage of bad weather, public holidays, events in the area and inopportune dates for sale. The reach in the Redfern area of Ray White was clear and their ability to leverage their strong network in relevant neighbouring branches was an added bonus in highlighting the property to potential buyers who may not have initially considered purchase. Any stress around the cost or staging or listing was alleviated with the professional, helpful and informed support provided by his team. It almost felt too easy. At no point did I feel that I was being pressured to settle for something that wasn't in my best interest, the transparency of the campaign made it easy to reach the right decision around a sale that I felt was my best possible outcome. I never felt that any commission influenced his transparency or that the decision was not mine to make.
