My first impression of Max is his honest and sincerity. He’s a person with a passion in real estate industry. He has a good understanding of the market and he does his homework well. You enjoy his service when he sends you tailored market information and trend, not for one week, one month, one year, but for 10 years and maybe lifetime as long as he stays in this business. He sets up a high professional ethics and customer focus attitude for both purchasers and vendors. When the time comes I want to sell my property, he’s my first choice. I didn’t seek second opinion at all. It’s easy to deal with him: I signed up the contract and gave him the keys and he (and his teammate Manny) did all the rest for me and updated everything, big or small, good or bad, his concern and market feedbacks with me promptly.
