The modest fee we paid for one local paper advertisement resulted in huge exposure state wide. After each open for inspection we were given a snapshot of the people who were interested in our property, and leading up to the auction we had a realistic idea of how many bidders we might have. We had complete control of the auction format and the reserve price and never felt pressured to waiver from what we wanted.
