Max worked very hard during the advertising campaign to promote our home. In addition to the standard on line promotion Max presented us with opportunities for further promotion during the campaign. His knowledge and relationship with the Leader newspaper gave us a great opportunity to be featured as house of the week in our local paper, which then resulted in our home featuring in the Saturday Herald Sun Property supplement the week before the auction. The modest fee we paid for one local paper advertisement resulted in huge exposure state wide. After each open for inspection we were given a snapshot of the people who were interested in our property, and leading up to the auction we had a realistic idea of how many bidders we might have. We had complete control of the auction format and the reserve price and never felt pressured to waiver from what we wanted. Max and Harrison made a great team throughout the campaign, always positive and professional. Their auctioneer John Gorman ran a great auction too.
