Max and Stefan from Buxton came highly recommended, and throughout the journey to sell our townhouse it was easy to see why. This was the first time selling a home for us, therefore it was a big decision to sell a big asset and a very important time for us. First, his market knowledge was excellent, and his forecast for the sale price was very accurate - a fact that was important to us in making our decision to sell and hence setting our positive but realistic and credible expectation from the start. Using his experience and eye for detail, Max guided us to the appropriate level of home improvement and home staging, as well as the correct marketing to help us toward our sale goal. This put our mind to rest that the money we were investing in the sale process was being well spent. Once on the market, Max and Stefan were in constant communication on the progress - both with feedback from possible vendors and on the market situation on a whole. We were also made to feel comfortable in asking questions and providing our opinions - of which we had quite a few given this was our first experience in selling!
