Max was honest, realistic, and not pushy with us at all to secure his services, or to settle on something we were not comfortable with. He always painted a balanced picture with pros/cons of each decision we needed to make. This was super important to us as we were trying to sell the property whilst living overseas. We had full trust in him to look after our interests and also do the right thing by the buyers so that the sale doesn't fall through at the last minute due to dishonest practices. We sold at a tough time - but Max and team were still able to get people coming through the doors and obtained multiple offers for us. Unfortunately the global crises and other factors didn't really help the market/pricing - but Max still pushed very hard to get us some solid bids.
