Maxine took the the time to look at the whole property to fully understand not just the value of the house, but the lifestyle that a potential purchaser could have in the property. From here Maxine and her team were able to create a marketing plan, set a price that would attract purchasers and undertake successful inspections. Maxine and her team at Bowman's were able to take complete control of the negotiations and delivered an exceptional result, to which I can only praise Maxine and her team. However the best part of the whole experience for me was the super friendly nature of the team that ensured the selling process was smooth.
