I met Maxine originally when we were looking for a new house for a family member and was immediately struck by her professionalism. She was calm, knowledgeable and approachable. She was also asking the right questions of me as a potential buyer, she followed up when she said she was going to and wasn't at all pushy, I was really impressed with her approach. So when it came time to sell my villa unit, I called Maxine straight away! From the first conversation to now - 3 weeks post sale, she has been a brilliant agent and a fantastic person to deal with. She is positive yet realistic which I appreciate. Throughout the whole process of selling our home, Maxine guided me through what I need to do and when - at every stage. She was proactive in suggesting documents to get organized early (that I had no idea about!) and reminded me gently when things were due. She would come over to our house at the time that suited us, and with a 2 year old, that was such a luxury to not have to worry about fitting in another appointment at an already very busy time!
