Helpful, Friendly and Clear

As a first home buyer unfamiliar with and uneasy about the process of buying a property, I really appreciated May's friendly and open attitude which helped me inspect the apartment I visited with ease, and make a clear decision on what I wanted. She helped me keep a clear head and not rush into a reckless purchase. Once I reached my decision that I wanted to purchase the apartment, she was easy to reach and provided helpful commentary on what I needed to do next at each step to get through to a signed contract of sale. Prior to settlement I had one final inspection of my property with her, and met the current tenant which was a welcome meeting. Once settlement was complete, she contacted me for key exchange, and we parted amicably. Thanks May for all the assistance in buying my property.
