When I decided to sell my property I contacted Mayank because in review of the highest selling top 10 properties in Pallara over the last 12 months he had sold 6 of them himself. He had runs on the board. At the time I had tenants in my property coming to the end of the lease and sought his help in regards to the procedure and how to sell. Selling this property is a long story of terrible tenants who wouldn't let him in, berated potential buyers, called the police for no reason etc etc etc. DESPITE ALL OF THAT Mayank was very professional, advised what to do each time, came up with great solutions and knew exactly the extent of the law AND managed to sell the property over what we wanted, off market and in a very timely manner - less than 2 months I think it was.
