I was unhappy with the service provided, I was told that 2 parties were interested in the property before I agreed to Maz selling & found out there was only one & the price couldn't go up, I then had to contact & arrange for a certification that he had the ability to do himself, the deposit he secured was negligible & gave me no confidence in the sale going through, quite stressful.
l would recommend Mazz to anyone who is selling or buying a house ,he is so plesent to do business with very easy going person , never had anyone like him before so please if you are wanting to sell or buy please call Mazz.
