For anyone looking to purchase property in the Brisbane area I can not recommend Meagan Muir highly enough. We purchased our property this year from interstate prior to moving down to Brisbane and the whole sale process was flawless. Meagan was so easy to communicate with and so. calming and reassuring during a stressful time for us. I would definitely purchase or sell property again with Meagan and her fantastic team

Thank you very much for having helped us buy the Cannon Hill property and we appreciated your service greatly, and we rate you 5 out of 5 and the best of the best.

I both purchased and sold a property through Meagan and cannot praise her enough. Meagan is a great agent to work with from a buyers and sellers perspective, she is friendly, honest and approachable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent for any property. Thanks again for your amazing work Meagan!

We had been looking for weeks and struggling to find anything. Meagan was so helpful which is very rare to a buyer in the current market. Whether you’re buying or selling in the inner south, consider Meagan! Jordan

Professional, responsive and helpful, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Meagan Muir and her team at Place Real Estate for your next property purchase. Despite my busy work and home life, Meagan made it super-easy for me to navigate the complexities of my first solo property purchase with no stress, setting clear timelines and answering my many queries within hours. Great service from a highly skilled team.

As an interstate buyer, looking to buy into the Brisbane market during a post covid property boom, with fast moving conditions the experience was challenging to say the least. I've come across every agent active in the Hawthorne-Bulimba suburbs and Meagan and her team stood out to me for their excellent communication, professionalism, lack of gameplay which gave me the impression of integrity. I felt I could trust Meagan to negotiate a successful outcome for her seller and myself as a buyer. Even more impressive is Meagan's work rate, she doesn't seem to need food or sleep. Always available for her clients and patient with every detail. I couldn't recommend working with Meagan for all your property purchase needs.

Meagan and her team were great to deal with. We visited several homes Meagan was selling and always found her to be friendly and approachable and was able to answer any of our questions. Having recently purchased though her we found her and her team to be very responsive with all correspondence associated with the purchase. We would highly recommend Meagan to anyone looking to sell their home.

Meagan was excellent at helping us sell our house in Cannon Hill. She has a fantastic understanding of the local market and a great contact list of clients. We were able to secure a great result in a challenging market (ever increasing interest rates). We would happily use Meagan again for our real estate needs in the area.

Meagan Muir was the real estate agent who I purchased my property through late last year. She was helpful and responded to my many questions quickly and patiently. She was always positive and encouraged me to be also. Any difficulties which arose were quickly sorted and she certainly appears to work hard and do her job very well.

We highly recommend Meagan. We chose Meagan after looking closely at the agent activity and success in the area we were intending to sell two properties. Our homework was not in vain as Meagan and her team were very professional and dedicated in many ways. We sold both properties in a timely manner for the price we were intending to achieve. We would rate Meagan a five star agent and would not hesitate to use her again in the future.

My daughter and I spent about a month looking for properties in other suburbs. We decided to broaden our search to include Cannon Hill and a property open held by Meagan. After speaking to us about the type of property we were after, Meagan recommended one close by for us to view later that day that she thought would really suit us… and it was so perfect we put in an offer immediately. The team made everything easy and there was regular communication throughout the buying process. There were so many little personal touches along the way and arranging a ‘sold’ photo with our puppy just made such a monumental occasion even more special. I highly recommend Meagan and her team!

Meagan is a fantastic agent. The entire house purchasing process was a breeze with her and the place team. Great communication. Would recommend her as your agent in the housing market.
