Meagan and team stayed dedicated and persevered with what ended up being a frustrating sale due to the length of time. We sold our house at a difficult time when the market was turning from a seller’s to a buyer’s market. In hindsight we would have approached the situation differently had we appreciated the speed at which the changes were taking place. In a seller’s market things that would not have been significant became issues and gave buyer’s opportunity to offer at less than the sale value. Meagan and team did all they could and communicated regularly and often with updates from viewings along with changing sales tactics during the campaign to obtain the best coverage of the market at the time.
