We highly recommend Meagan and would definitely engage Meagan should the opportunity arise again. Meagan is highly personable yet professional. Meagan kept us up to date with inspections, enquiries, and offers, and went above and beyond to get us the best outcome possible. Thanks for making our selling experience a positive one!
I had already been aware of Meagan’s amazing reputation in the local community and noted her prolific presence on ‘for sale‘ signs and other professional marketing. When I called Meagan to initially discuss our plan to sell our home, I was instantly won over by her genuine nature, her honesty and her positive can-do attitude! Even during the difficult negotiating process, she kept us positive and stopped at nothing to get the best outcome for us. I highly recommend Meagan to sell your home. Meagan would be the first agent on my list should I find myself needing to sell again!
Never having sold a house before we didn’t know where to start, contacting Meagan was the best decision we could have made. She advised us every step of the way, kept us informed and was always available to answer questions. She was friendly, enthusiastic, honest and open throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to recommend Meagan to anyone.
Meagan got a great result for our neighbours when they sold their home so she was at the top of our list when we felt the time was right to move on. From the first meeting she made us feel very comfortable, explained the process thoroughly and listened to our needs. Meagan was professional, honest and a tireless negotiator which resulted in us getting the price and special conditions we wanted for our home. She obviously loves her job and has an excellent knowledge of the area. 5 stars – would highly recommend!
It was a pleasure dealing with Meagan Muir on my recent purchase at Cannon Hill. Meagan knew the type of property that I was looking for and she proactively brought the opportunity to me before it hit the market. She ended up with multiple offers (including mine) and she acted professionally and courteously throughout. The circumstances of the seller were slightly unusual in that they wanted a sale and rent back for a period while their new home was completed. Meagan was adept at bringing together the needs of the seller and my needs as the buyer to conclude a deal that worked for both sides. Meagan was great to deal with and I look forward to doing business with her again.
I recently sold my house with Megan at Place Bulimba. She was fantastic from start to finish organising all aspects of the sale process from preparation through to final settlement. She made a daunting task painless and I'd happily recommend her to anybody looking to achieve the best price for their property with the least stress.
Prior to Meagan, our property was listed with 3 other agencies for 15 months without a single offer! We then decided to find the agent that sold the most properties in the area (regardless of the cost), we found and met with Meagan through this website. Meagan was polite, very knowledgeable of the area and surprisingly well priced, and most importantly to us, Meagan was not the stereotype Real estate agent heavy on sales tactics and self serving. We believe the best thing we could gift our future buyer was an easy and trustworthy process that only Meagan and her talented team could provide. Don't waste your time and money as we did just start with Meagan. Trust us!
Meagan recently sold our house. She was very professional and always available to take our calls. She kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and we would certainly work with her again.
Meagan was a pleasure to deal with. She is knowledgeable, polite, diligent and genuinely cares about ensuring all parties are happy with the final sale. Meagan set the tone for a smooth and easy transaction. Our solicitor & broker have also mentioned how great Meagan is to work with. Communication is excellent. We are so grateful for all of the help she has provided so far! When we are ready to sell we will be in contact with Meagan.
Meagan was a total professional. She put us at ease straight away and made us feel like we had someone in our corner. Being the sale of our first home, there were lots of areas where we needed her advice and guidance. She guided us through the selling process and gave us great advice on preparing our house for market. We are so grateful for Meagan’s help. She was always available, and her team were first class. She expertly negotiated with potential buyers all while being approachable and genuine. We were glad she was representing us - we loved working with her and thought potential buyers would too. It was important to us to have someone who we’d want to buy with. She made the whole process less daunting and was there to coach us through it. We achieved a great result with Meagan and are so glad she was our agent. She’s a star. She supported us through the purchase of our new home too, helping with strategies for a successful off-market purchase.

We sold our home and bought another at the same time – both through Meagan. We had a great result with the sale, and are now in our dream home. Meagan communicated with us so well throughout the sale and purchase, and she responded to my many queries almost immediately each time. Meagan’s knowledge of Cannon Hill is second to none. We would highly recommend using Meagan as your agent in Cannon Hill.
