I am writing this review today to thank you for selling my rental property at Erica Street Cannon Hill this only took 2 weeks to get under contract. I brought this rental property from Meagan a few years before and found her to have the knowledge of the market, past history and future predictions. I would definetly recommend Meagan as a preferred choice, I had no difficulties what so ever with buying this property in the first place and in the selling of this property. I am located in a different state which sometimes can make things harder and or messy. The sale was a smooth and easy transition. Contacting Meagan was never a problem as she always made herself available to me. When I am looking for my next property in her area I will be contacting Meagan Muir first for assistance. I have recommended Meagan to friends of mine in her area who also are impressed with her professionalism.
