It was a difficult sale, because the property had multiple owners, and the Public Trustee was representing a deceased estate. The Public Trustee had many requests which delayed settlement of sale quickly, however throughout the lengthy process, Meagan acted professionally, calmly and attended to details and requests between different parties quickly and efficiently.
