My wife and I would like to thank Mechlenne and her fantastic team at Merc Real Estate including Michelle, Olivia and Andrew for their outstanding efforts in selling our family home. I am the CEO of a private property development company and have dealt with hundreds of real estate agents over the years. I can say that Mechlenne is an absolute stand out and delivers above and beyond expectations. In a very tough market climate, our home was sold within 4 days of being listed on the market. This was not sheer luck, but rather the result of many months work behind the scenes in getting the selling strategy right and on working together to present the property properly. This was evident when she turned up at our house at 8:30pm on a Monday night to finalise the exchange of contracts; 3. She was just very straight and direct with both the buyer and myself to ensure that the deal was completed honestly and without fuss; 4.
