Meg was able to get us the price we wanted on the first contract. However due to the buyer's situation, the contract fell through. Meg continued to negotiate though with other buyers and managed to get close to what we wanted. Meg took the time to listen and understand our requirements and never said it was impossible. I'm sure there was a lot Meg did behind the scenes and we are very happy with the work she has done for us. We are also grateful that Meg was able to meet with us at times convenient to us!
