I would thoroughly recommend working with Meg for either buying or selling a property. Our experience as a seller was that she was honest, supportive and a great communicator. When it came time to negotiate the sale, I felt she gave us all the information we needed while also balancing this with maintaining a good relationship with the buyer of our property in order to negotiate with integrity between us. She was compassionate to our circumstances and listened to what we wanted while also helping us to set realistic expectations of our property in the current market. She laid out a path on how to try to get the price we wanted and marketed the property well.

Meg is a great communicator. We initially had no plans to sell our Stafford investment property. However the off market sale price achieved was well above our expectations. Meg used her contacts to promote the property and we are happy with the result.

The professionalism and knowledge shown in the sale was excellent. Everything was handled with out any hassel the sale performance and communication was well above what I expected.

From the outset, it was obvious that Meg has precise knowledge of the current market, especially in our area. She made us aware of recent sales of similar and better houses and helped us to form realistic expectations on pricing. We were not keen on listing for auction but Meg explained the pros and cons and asserted that our house would most certainly sell before auction, which it did. The house was not particularly clean nor in good condition, but with Meg's advice, we rectified the situation and, with the stylist's expertise, arrived at a situation where it held some appeal for the lower end of the market. Meg is an excellent communicator, both in written and verbal form. She kept us informed about the sales progress at all times and exuded an optimistic attitude. At no point did we feel that it was going to be a struggle to sell our house, but we do know that she put in extra time and effort to ensure a satisfactory outcome. She was always available to answer any of our concerns during the process. On a personal note, Meg was well aware of our reasons for selling the house and displayed an empathy that made us feel that this was not just another sale. We are aware that Meg has recently made a career change and that she is determined to make a success of the new job. She has a very professional attitude and is always well presented when meeting sellers and potential buyers. We were very impressed with her organisational skills when coordinating open houses. We were very pleased with the selling price of our house and even more so that the sale occurred in a few short weeks. We wish Meg all the best in her chosen career.
