We have been dealing with Marc Matthews Real Estate since 2014. Our first purchase through them was a development site for 3 Villas, they sold two prior to completion, one of them achieving a record price for the area at that time. We kept one and they have been our Managing Agent since and did a fantastic job finding us the perfect tenants. The experience with the property management has always been that the rent has been paid on time. The transition to the sale of the property was smooth as they had a good relationship with the tenant. Meg was quick to respond to a request of lease documents for forwarding to our solicitor to prepare draft contracts before marketing.
