Some might find her extremely helpful and some might call it annoying. My family purchased a rental property about 2 years ago and I have had calls from Meg the week, month, years after the purchase. Somewhere along the line of “Hi this is Meg from xxx, OMG I can’t believe it’s been a year!! How time flies!!” While I am on the phone like 🤔🤔🤔 who?? What?? Huh?? When I told Meg that we already have another real estate agent who looks after all our other rentals, Meg is still calling and calling and calling asking us to reconsider her. Not just Meg but other agents from Meg’s office calling and asking. It just got to the point where it became really annoying. She will remember the “anniversary” of you purchasing a property better than your other half remember any anniversaries that’s for sure.
