I dealt with Meg to virtually purchase a property and can I just say how easy she made the whole process? I spoke to Meg about a property that I was interested in and she organised a virtual tour for me on the same day. She took her time showing me every element of the property – those that were good and some requiring a bit of work. She didn’t need to show me the elements that required work but she was so honest and thorough with the tour that I felt very comfortable with what I had seen virtually and purchased the property based on one showing. I have had other virtual inspections with agents who just rush through the property and I got the feeling they did not take a virtual client seriously. Meg, however, was wonderful to deal with. Very communicative, available for queries and a joy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Meg and the team at Professionals Salisbury.
