Megan is very professional in her approach and is very personable at the same time. Megan patient and takes time to explain things, especially to some of us who are not very understanding of figures. Megan is always accessible and prompt at returning calls, texts and emails if she was unable to answer me straight away (which was rarely). I first got to know Megan when she sold my son's house at Ironbark, and my son was singing her praises then. Well that sale at first fell through, but lo and behold Megan had someone waiting in the wings, and another contract was signed! Megan always seems to know just where there might be some interested buyers for each property. I feel she always has her 'fingers on the pulse' of the market. Then Megan sold my daughter's house at Marburg. In no time at all Megan brought round some very interested buyers who were keen to buy. Then my daughter Beccy changed her mind, did not want to sell. Megan took accepted this, and had to tell the very disappointed prospective buyers this, and took it all in her stride. Then Beccy changed her mind again, she would sell - so Megan then finally the buyers got their wish. Meanwhile Megan had been looking round for somewhere for Beccy, and found somewhere she liked - ok - paperwork done, until Beccy changed her mind again. No she did not want to buy. I am not sure now how many times Beccy changed her mind on this particular sale, but finally did not buy. All through this Megan was nothing but patient and accepting and was always there at the other end of the phone with advice if needed. This woman is not only an excellent Agent - she always seems to have buyers up her sleeve - knows her job well - but is some kind of saint with what she put up with!
